We hope to re-start the rural and regional groups that we've had in the past, all we need are volunteers interested in doing the training who can spare just three hours a month to run the Group. Enables you to get rid of isolation and the feeling that it's "just me".
Support people welcome and there is no set charge - contributions called for but please remember that we do not recieve government funding and it is insulting to find only loose change - don't disrespect the people who give so much freely of their time.
We also teach the 'Seven Skills of Serenity' and these should be learned by everyone including those on medication as you need to come off it one day. This is one reason that we sell the many books, audio, video and CD Set especially for those in rural or remote areas who don't have access to help. PLease have a look at the stock we sell, they make excellent gifts and are highly recommended.
