We sell a wide range of DVD's on Tai Chi and our best seller is "Chi Kung Shibashi" - 20 minutes of gentle stretching that will amaze you! All you have to do is follow the teacher on the screen and copy his movements. Eventually, as you learn more, you combine the actions with the breathing and will be able to 'move while meditating'. At the end you feel like someone has given you a massage.
